Pregnancy Yoga

Our Pregnancy Yoga classes are safe, effective, and perfect from 12 weeks of pregnancy until birth. Each class includes:

  • A Q&A session to address your concerns.

  • Breathing techniques to support a relaxed and easier birth.

  • Gentle, guided poses for both relaxation and strength.

Hypnobirthing & Antenatal Courses

Empower yourself and your birth partner with the knowledge you need to create the birth experience you both want and deserve.

  • Hypnobirthing: Learn relaxation and breathing techniques to manage your labour with confidence in our Group Hypnobirthing Express Course.

  • Antenatal Classes: Our One Stop Antenatal Shop Course is a comprehensive one-day course covering everything you need to know to prepare you physically for labour, birth and beyond.

We also offer both private Hypnobirthing and Antenatal Courses in your home for a personalized experience at an additional cost.

Baby Massage & Postnatal Support Classes

Our postnatal courses provide practical skills and emotional support, including:

  • Baby Massage: Strengthen your bond while soothing and calming your baby.

  • ​Baby First Aid: Essential skills to keep your baby safe.

  • Bath Babies: A lovely water based sensory class for you and your baby.(Summer months only)

Each course is designed to make the early days of parenthood smoother and more enjoyable.

Mom & Baby Yoga

Rebuild strength, restore balance, and enjoy quality bonding time with your baby in our Mom & Baby Yoga classes. These sessions are perfect for easing back into exercise while sharing a fun and nurturing experience with your little one and other new Moms.

MY PHILOSOPHY

Motherhood is a journey of strength and transformation, which should  be filled with love, joy and laughter! 

 

As a midwife and yoga instructor, my mission is to nurture and empower women through pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood while creating a space where they can feel supported, confident, and uplifted.

 

In my pregnancy yoga classes, I offer a warm, welcoming environment where mothers can connect with their bodies, their babies, and their inner strength. Through gentle movement, breathing and relaxation, I help women to prepare for birth with confidence and calm while also making space for fun, connection, and lighthearted moments.

 

My baby classes extend this support, offering a joyful, nurturing space where new mothers can bond with their babies, move with ease, and build a supportive community. 

 

With music, playful movement, and lots of smiles, these classes celebrate the magic of motherhood while embracing both the challenges and the joys.

 

I believe that when a mother feels strong, supported, and free to enjoy the journey, she can nurture her baby with even greater love and ease. My heart’s purpose is to create a sanctuary where women feel empowered, nurtured, and uplifted in mind, body, and spirit……Because when we care for mothers, we help them embrace the adventure of motherhood with strength, love, and laughter.
